Zesty Navy Beans and Ham

Diced ham is heated with canned navy beans, Rotel tomatoes, onion & oregano, and combined with shredded cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 14 oz cans navy beans
- 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes
- 12 oz diced ham
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 tbsp crushed oregano
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Method
Put all ingredients, except cheese, in medium saucepan. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 30 minutes, or until onions are tender. Remove from heat, add cheese, stir, and serve.
Notes: Add a side salad and fresh biscuits to make a complete and tasty meal.
