Yummy Pork Steaks

Pork steaks are placed in a large roasting pan and topped with chunks of potatoes and onion. Garlic pepper is sprinkled over it all before baking, making this a quick-to-put-together dinner.
 

Ingredients

  • 6 pork steaks
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • Garlic pepper

Method

Place pork steaks in large roasting or baking pan. Peel and cut potatoes into large cubes; add to pan. Do the same with the onion. Spice it all with garlic pepper. Put into oven and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
