Tim's Slow Cooker Citrus Ribs


Tender, flavor filled pork ribs--just rub with seasoning and olive oil, place in crock-pot and check back in 6-8 hours.



Ingredients:

  • 1 rack pork ribs per person
  • Olive oil
  • Mrs. Dash
  • Garlic salt
  • Seasoned salt
  • Citrus spice
  • Sweet rib barbeque sauce
  • Lemon juice

Method

Cut ribs into two pieces to allow them to fit nicely into your slow cooker. Rub each side of ribs with olive oil, then season with seasoned salt, garlic salt, citrus spice, and Mrs. Dash. Place meat side up in slow cooker and drizzle top with barbeque sauce. Stack ribs until you have seasoned and prepared enough for your meal. Turn your slow cooker to low heat and cook for 6-8 hours.

Number of servings: 1 rib per person
