Sticky Licky Country Style Pork Ribs

It just doesn't get better than fall off the bone sweet and spicy ribs for a summer cookout. The homemade sauce is finger licking good.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds country style pork ribs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

Method
Place ribs in a greased 13 X 9 baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until no longer pink. In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, then set aside. Drain ribs and heat gas or charcoal grill to medium low heat. Grill, covered, over indirect heat for 35-40 minutes, turning once. Coat with barbecue sauce and grill 10 minutes longer or until meat is tender, turning and basting frequently.
