Spiral-Cut Ham with Cranberry-Mustard Glaze

Spiral-cut ham is made even tastier with this cranberry glaze. Mustard, apple brandy, and lemon juice are stirred into cranberry sauce to make the shiny glaze.
Ingredients
- 16-oz can jellied cranberry sauce
- 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple brandy
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 (8-lb) spiral-cut ham with bone
- Fresh cranberries

Method
Melt the cranberry sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat. Whisk in the mustard, brandy, and lemon juice. Cool to room temperature. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the ham, cut side down, in roasting pan. Bake for 1 hour (8 minutes per pound). Remove the ham from the oven. Increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees F. Brush the ham with the cranberry glaze and return to the oven for 5 to 7 minutes more or until glazed. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving. To serve, place the ham on a serving plate, cut side up. Gently fan the slices out from the bone. Garnish with cranberries.
