Spicy International Pork Chops

Season these pork chops with a variety of spices and then cook in sesame oil, wine, and soy sauce. The aroma will fill your house.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. Sesame oil
- Four boneless pork chops
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried savory
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Curry powder
- 3/4 tsp Garlic salt
- 3/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 cup White wine
- 1 1/2 tsp. Soy sauce
- Applesauce, if desired

Method
In a large frying pan or wok, heat sesame oil on medium to medium-high heat. Season pork with spices, amounts can vary with taste. Place chops in pan. Cook for about two minutes and turn. Add wine and soy sauce. Continue to cook at medium to medium-high heat, turning occasionally, about 15-20 minutes until cooked through and slightly golden-brown on outside. Serve with applesauce, if desired.
