Sour cream seasoned with paprika and tarragon flavors these pork chops and gives them a creamy sauce.
Sprinkle both sides of pork chops lightly with garlic salt. In a bowl, mix sour cream and a dash of paprika. Mix in a tablespoon of tarragon. Smother both sides of pork chops with sour cream mixture. Pour sherry wine in a large frying pan and add pork chops. Simmer on low until pork chops are done.
