If pork chops are on the menu, this down home recipe is great for fall and winter.
In a baking dish, combine mushroom soup and water with garlic. Add potatoes, and onions then mix. Place pork chops on top pushing into mixture. Bake in oven 350 at degrees for an hour or until done.
Notes:
A can of drained sliced mushrooms can be added for variance. Pork chops can be taken out of freezer and put in this casserole. This dish can be used as a side dish if you omit pork chops.
