Savory Saucy Chops

Pork chops are baked in a saucy mixture of cream of mushroom soup, white wine, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon-style mustard.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, 1/2 to 1 inch thick
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

Mix salt and pepper together and sprinkle on chops. Put olive oil in a frying pan and heat to medium, brown chops on both sides. Move browned chops to a baking dish. Mix remainder of ingredients together and pour over chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is done.
