Pork sandwiches are a welcomed break from the more common deli fillings. Choose thin slices of roast pork for any sandwich that calls for ham, beef or chicken slices. Barbecue pork sandwiches are generally made with tougher cuts of pork, like a shoulder roast or Boston butt, that's been slow cooked until the meat can be shredded with fork. Pork is also appropriate for "sandwiches" like tacos and wraps.
