Rosemary Pork Chops and Egg Noodle Wine Sauce

A quick and easy way to serve a huge meal full of flavor. The wine sauce over the pork chops and noodles is a great creation.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs center cut pork chops
  • 1 bag egg noodles
  • 3 cups cream
  • 3 cups white wine
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced shallots
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Method

Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a skillet over medium heat; add 1 tbsp minced garlic and shallots and brown pork chops on both sides. In a bowl add 1 cup cream, 1 cup of wine, 1 tbsp of rosemary, thyme and Italian seasoning. Whisk ingredients together and pour over pork chops once brown and lower flame to simmer. Boil egg noodles to desired taste, drain and let stand. Add 2 tbsp olive oil in a separate skillet. Then take remaining ingredients and whisk in a bowl and add to skillet on a low medium heat. Once warm add in a pot with the egg noodles, mix and serve.

Notes: This is one of my favorite quick meals when I don't have a lot of time but want something very tasty. You can also steam some broccoli or even add it to egg noodle sauce right before you pour it on the egg noodles.

Number of servings: 3-4
