|1½ cups||Crushed Ritz Crackers|
|½ cup||Grated Parmesan Cheese|
|1½ Tbsp||Garlic Powder|
|½ tsp||Dried Basil|
|6||Pork Chops, preferably boneless|
In a shallow bowl, combine first five ingredients; set aside. Combine egg and milk in shallow bowl.
Dip each pork chop in egg mixture then in craker mixture patting to make a thick coating.
In a large skillet cook chops in hot oil for 4-5 min each side or until cooked through.
For gravy, combine the oil in the pan with flour and milk; stir until thickened. Serve with pork chops.
