Razorback

This large 1/2-pound sausage patty is assembled like a hamburger--on a bun, with mayo, cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bulk Breakfast sausage
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 oz. Ham, thin sliced
- 1 oz. BBQ sauce
- Kaiser bun, split and toasted
- Mayonnaise
- Green leaf lettuce
- 2 thin slices Red onion
- 2 slices (Beefsteak) tomato

Method
Form sausage into one large patty; cook until done. Add 1 slice of cheese on top. Drain patty on paper towel. Heat the ham with the BBQ sauce in the skillet; top with second slice of cheese. Spread bottom half of bun with mayonnaise, add lettuce, onion, tomato, the sausage pattie, ham and cheese mix, and the top half of the bun.
Notes: It's sloppy, so watch out.
