Cook rice per directions on box and let cool while preparing the rest of the ingredients. Cut pork into small pieces and season and fry. Set pork aside while you scramble the eggs and cook them lightly. Put eggs aside. Thinly slice the bunch of green onions and cilantro and set aside. Put oil in large fry pan and gradually add each bag of rice and soy sauce, stirring constantly. Add cooked pork, eggs, cilantro and onions. Combine well and heat through.
