Pot Luck Pork

Pork chops are cooked in the crock pot along with carrots, celery, potatoes, canned peas and chicken broth, plus coriander, basil, garlic, and Montreal chicken spice for flavor.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 pork chops
  • 2 lb. bag of baby carrots
  • 4 celery stalks and leaves, cut up
  • 6 medium potatoes, cut up
  • 1 can sweet peas
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp sweet basil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ground pepper to taste
  • 1 Tb chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Montreal chicken spice
  • 3-4 cups of water

Method

Place pork chops in the bottom of a crock pot then put the rest of ingredients on top. Add enough of the water to suit your needs, especially if you want more broth. Set crock-pot on low heat and cook all day or until vegetables are tender.
