Pork Roast

This pork roast is loaded with seasoning. Prepare this on the grill and it will be moist and flavorful.
Ingredients
- 2 lb pork roast
- 1 tsp crushed thyme
- 1 tsp crushed basil
- 1 tsp crushed mint leaves
- 1 tsp crushed cilantro
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp ground sage
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 cup dried chives
- 1 small chopped onion
- Dash of nutmeg
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp smoked mesquite
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/4 tsp hickory liquid smoke
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Method
Place all the spices with the olive oil in a 1-1/2 gallon zip lock bag.Mix it until they are all saturated and or disolved.Take the pork roast and pearce it with a knife or fork all over. Place pork roast in bag. Set in fridge and let marinate for 2-3 hours or longer.When ready to cook, place roast on foil, strain off the juices and set aside. Smother roast with all the spices, begain to wrap roast in foil and add some of the juices to it. When wrapped, place on a grill at 200 to 250 degrees F for 2 hours. If frozen, cook for 4 hrs.
