Pork Chops with Cranberry Orange Sauce

Pork loin or rib chops are cooked then served with a warm sauce made of whole cranberry sauce, orange marmalade, ketchup, onion, chicken bouillon granules and nutmeg.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 5 pork loin or rib chops, 3/4" thick
  • 1 Cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 Cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 Cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. minced dried onions
  • 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Method

Heat the oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops; cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Meanwhile, in small saucepan heat together remaining ingredients over medium heat 7 to 10 minutes or until cranberry sauce is melted and flavors are blended. Serve warm over hot pork chops.
