Pork chops are coated with seasoned flour, browned & topped with onions & mushrooms. Sour cream & broth is poured over before baking until very tender.

Mix flour, salt, and pepper in dish and dredge pork chops, coating well. Brown chops in frying pan with oil, then layer chops in a covered roasting pan. On top of each chop place raw onion slices and sliced mushrooms. Mix boiling water with beef cubes until dissolved; add sour cream and stir well. Pour sauce over chops and bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
My kids love these pork chops, and I have never fixed too many for them. This recipe is a hit everytime I fix it.
