Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

Serve this simple stove top dish over rice or no-yolk noodles. The cream of chicken and mushroom soups really make this a creamy dish.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 oz can sliced mushrooms

Method

Heat oil on high until hot. Add pork chops, cook 4-5 minutes on each side, then drain oil. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium, and simmer 40 minutes.
