Pork Chop with Parmesan Breading

The secret to these pork chops is the plain yogurt they are dipped in before they are coated with the Parmesan crust. What a juicy and tender main dish.
 

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup dry Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Lawry's Seasoning salt
  • 1 cup finely crushed buttery crackers
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
 
Method

Rinse off pork chops in cold water and pat dry. Dip in yogurt, covering both sides completely. Add all dry ingredients together in a zip log bag. Shake pork chops individually in bag to well coat. Put in well coated cooking pan and bake covered for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20 minutes more to crisp coating at 375 degrees F.
