Perfect Potatoes and Ham

An easy one-dish meal with potatoes, cheese, ham and Parmesan cheese bread crumbs on top to add a little crunch.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked, chopped ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese flavored bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Place potatoes in a large pot of water, and bring to a boil. Boil until slightly tender, about 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Mix sour cream, butter, cream of chicken soup, cheese, ham, and salt/pepper with potatoes. Spread mixture in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake 30 minutes.
