Ingredients:
| 2 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 4 slices | Sourdough Bread |
| 2 slices | Swiss Cheese, cut ½" thick |
| 2 Tbsp | Goat Cheese |
| 8 slices | Fresh Peaches |
| 4 | Pieces Prosciutto |
Directions:
Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place a slice of Swiss on one piece of bread and spread one tablespoon of goat cheese onto the other. Layer four slices of peach and 2 slices of prosciutto, then top with other slice of bread. Grill or pan fry until golden and cheese has melted, 4-5 minutes per side.
