Oven Omelet

This easy omelet combines eggs and milk, and stirs in ham, cheddar cheese, and shredded hash brown potatoes, and bakes in the oven.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 T dried minced onion

Method

In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 8" square baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

 

Notes: **Add your own choice of ingredients for your own version. Try other meats, fresh veggies, salsa, or spices.
