Ingredients:

| 4 Tbsp | Chili Powder |
| 4 Tbsp | Old Bay Seasoning |
| 3 Tbsp | Granulated Sugar |
| 4 | Table Spoon Garlic Powder |
| 2 Tbsp | Ground Cumin |
| 2 Tbsp | Thyme |
| 2 Tbsp | Rendered Bacon Fat |
| 2 Tbsp | Brown Sugar |
| 1 Tbsp | Salt |
| 1 Tbsp | Ground Pepper |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Wash and dry off pork ribs. Using a fork, poke tiny holes on front and back of ribs. In a bowl add chili powder, old bay, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cumin, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, mix together thoroughly. Rub the mixture into ribs and then take rendered bacon fat and brush onto ribs. Put in oven and cook for about 1 and a ½ hours or until ribs are tender. Ribs don’t need sauce.
