
This baked ham recipe is glazed with a Dijon mustard and ketchup mixture that is flavored with orange peel and juice. The remaining glaze mixture is passed with the slices of ham. This recipe makes a great Easter ham or holiday main dish.
To make glaze, whisk together first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Heat oven according to ham directions. Place ham in roasting pan; add 1/2 c. water to pan. Cover loosely with foil. Bake ham following package directions.
About one-half hour before ham is done, remove from oven and baste with some of the glaze mixture. Reserve remaining glaze.
Place orange slices over ham in decorative fashion, using 2 cloves to attach each orange slice to ham. Return ham, uncovered, to oven. Bake 30 min. more. To serve, remove orange slices and cloves. Slice ham. Serve with remaining glaze.
