Pork baby back ribs are grilled and brushed with a barbecue sauce that combines ketchup with molasses, vinegar, Dijon-style mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, liquid smoke, ginger and cayenne pepper.
1. Prepare grill for indirect cooking with medium-hot coals. While coals are heating, combine all ingredients except ribs in large bowl; mix well. Place ribs over drip pan on grid. Cook ribs 40 to 45 minutes or until they begin to brown; turning occasionally.
2. Once ribs begin to brown, begin basting them with sauce. Continue to cook and baste ribs with sauce an additional one to one and half hours or until tender.
Notes:
Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling; discard remaining sauce.
