Boneless pork chops are broiled with a glaze of horseradish and orange marmalade for an intriguing blend of sweet and spicy flavors.
Preheat broiler. Lower rack to 2nd highest level. Sprinkle pork with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place pork under broiler and cook for 5-6 minutes, depending upon thickness. During last 3-5 minutes, pour marmalade and horseradish glaze over pork. Let pork rest for 3-4 minutes before serving. Sauce will thicken upon standing and pork will be juicier.
Notes:
Watch glaze under broiler carefully so it doesn't burn.
