|1 lb pkg||Kielbasa, cut into 6 pieces|
|1||Jalapeno Pepper, quarterd|
|3-4||Carrots, peeled and cut in chunks|
|2-3||Parsnips, peeled and cut in chunks|
|1||Sm. Onion, peeled and quartered|
|1-2 stalks||Celery, cut in chunks|
|8-10||Sm. Red Potatoes, scrubed|
|1 head||Green Cabbage, cut in quarters or smaller|
|1 tsp||Black Pepper|
Place Kielbasa in large pot, add vegetables in order listed. Add enough water to cover vegetables up to the potatoes. Sprinkle with pepper. Put lid on pot and cook on medium heat until potatoes are tender when pierced with fork.
