Kid-Pleasing Pork Chops

Packaged stuffing mix is prepared and spooned on top of boneless pork chops and slices of apple. A seasoned ketchup mixture goes over all.

Ingredients:

• 1 box Stove Top stuffing (follow directions on box)
• 3 peeled and sliced (thin) Granny Smith apples (or your favorite kind)
• 4 boneless pork chops
• 1 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1 tsp oregano
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook stuffing mix according to directions. Rinse pork chops and place in 9x13 glass pan. Peel and slice apples and place over pork chops. Put prepared stuffing on top of apples. Mix together ketchup, salt, pepper, oregano, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Pour over stuffing. Place in oven about 30-35 minutes, or until pork is done.
