Italian Sausage Spinach Toss

This is a very time manageable and tasty dinner that anyone can pull off.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cup penne pasta
  • 1/2 lb ground Italian sausage
  • 1 6 oz pkg spinach leaves
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Method

Cook pasta as directed. Crumble meat into a large deep skillet, season with garlic, oregano, and basil. Cook on medium high until done and drain. Add spinach and tomatoes to browned meat, cook for a few minutes until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and cover. Drain pasta and place in a large serving bowl. Add meat mixture, cheeses and toss.

 

Notes: This is so easy to make and everyone will love it.
