Italian Pork Chops Mozzarella

Boneless pork chops are coated with seasoned coating mix and baked. Spaghetti sauce is spooned on top of each pork chop, and a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese is added to the top of the main dish and baked until melted.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless pork chops, 1/2 in. thick
  • 1 packet Shake 'n Bake seasoned coating mix for pork
  • 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method

Moisten chops with water, shaking off excess. Shake 1 or 2 chops at a time in coating mix. Discard any remaining. Place in 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees about 15 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Top chops with spaghetti sauce and cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
