Honey Mustard Pork

Honey and mustard basted pork chops with a hint of sage that teem with flavor. Who can resist?
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teas. dried sage
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. canola oil
- 2 pork chops (trim fat)

Method
Combine first five ingredients. Marinade pork chops for 1 to 2 hours. In a medium heat fry pay brown pork chops in 1 Tbs. cooking oil. When brown, add marinade sauce and cook covered for 35 to 40 minutes or until pork chops are done. Add water if needed during the cooking time.
