Glazed Pork Chops

These pork chops are sprinkled with lemon-pepper & Cajun seasonings, and lightly coated with powdered sugar before cooking to glaze them.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 thin pork chops
  • Lemon-pepper seasoning, to taste
  • Cajun seasoning, to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp oil
  • Confectioner's sugar
 
Method

Rinse pork chops. Sprinkle chops with lemon-pepper seasoning and Cajun seasoning on both sides. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat, using just enough oil to barely coat the bottom. While oil is heating, take a plate sprinkled with confectioner's sugar and coat both sides of chops. When oil is hot, begin pan-frying chops until they are a light brown and done.
