Easy Pork Chops With Tomatoes
Five ingredients are all you will need to prepare this recipe for dinner. Italian bread crumbs and stewed tomatoes add flavor to the pork chops.

- 4 pork chops
- 1 egg
- Italian bread crumbs
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- olive oil or vegetable oil

Heat large pan. Add enough oil to just cover bottom of pan. Beat egg with a little water. Dip each pork chop in egg and then in the bread crumbs.(I find it easier to put the bread crumbs in a bag, add the pork chop, and shake.) Be sure your oil is hot. Brown pork chops on both sides. Remove pork chops from pan. Pour most of the grease out of the pan. Leave just enough to prevent the food from sticking. Return pork chops to pan and pour can of stewed tomatoes over them. Cook over medium-high heat just until it begins to bubble. Cover, reduce heat to low, and let simmer aproximately 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
