Pork ribs are pre-baked in an orange juice solution with onion and garlic, then brushed with BBQ sauce and grilled to finish cooking.
PUT ORANGE JUICE IN ROASTING PAN. STIR IN WATER. PUT RACKS OF RIBS IN LIQUID. COVER WITH ONION AND GARLIC. BAKE at 350 FOR 45-60 MINUTES OR UNTIL NEARLY TENDER. TAKE OUT OF OVEN. PUT ON PLATTER. COVER WITH BARBECUE SAUCE ON BOTH SIDES. TRANSFER RIBS TO GRILL FOR 30 MINUTES, TURNING EVERY 10 MINUTES.
Notes:
SHORTLY BEFORE THE RIBS COME OUT OF THE OVEN, START YOUR GRILL SO IT IS HOT.
