Crock-pot Pork Roast

Tender roast of pork cooked in the crock-pot with the rich flavor of Worcestershire and brown sugar.

Ingredients:

1 (3 To 4-lb) Boston Butt
⅓ cup (or More) Lea & Perrin Worcestershire Sauce
⅓ cup (or More) Light Brown Sugar

Directions:

Place meat in crock-pot. Saturate with Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle all over with brown sugar. Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 4 hours, then reduce to LOW and continue cooking for the rest of the day. Makes...a lot.

Helpful Tips:

Can cook the LOW setting for about 8 hours and will work fine.
