|⅓ cup||(or More) Lea & Perrin Worcestershire Sauce|
|⅓ cup||(or More) Light Brown Sugar|
Place meat in crock-pot. Saturate with Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle all over with brown sugar. Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 4 hours, then reduce to LOW and continue cooking for the rest of the day. Makes...a lot.
Can cook the LOW setting for about 8 hours and will work fine.
