Creamy Pork Chops

This dish is like a pork sandwich without the bread. The Miracle Whip and cheese blend together to give the chops their creamy appeal.
 

Ingredients

  • 4-5 pork chops
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip spread
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, mild or sharp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Line 9 x 11 baking dish with pork chops. Add Miracle Whip on top of pork, spreading around to cover all of chop. Sprinkle all cheese on top of pork. Place in a hot oven 375 degree and bake for 40 minutes until done.

 

Notes: This is a simple recipe for children to do and has a good flavor. Don't be fooled by the ingredients it's yummy when done.
