
Pork tenderloins are rubbed with a mixture of chipotle chili powder, brown sugar, onion and garlic powders, paprika, dry mustard, and oregano, then grilled.
Combine first 8 ingredients in gallon-size zipper plastic bag. Add tenderloins to spice rub. Turn bag and rub tenderloins to completely cover meat. Chill up to 1 hour.
Preheat indoor grill pan or outdoor grill on medium heat. Grill tenderloins approximately 20 minutes, turning at 5 minute intervals. Let meat rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve this delicious pork with Spanish rice and plenty of warmed flour tortillas, salsa, sour cream, and of course, lots of icy cold Mexican beer!
