|10||Center Cut Pork Chops|
|2½ cups||Grated Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese|
|1||Small Onion, sliced|
|Salt & Pepper, to taste|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Rinse, trim and pound out pork chops to about 1/4 inch thick. Place foil on a baking sheet, lightly spray with cooking spray, then place pork on foil, placing each piece side by side so they are slightly touching. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place sliced onion on top of pork. Spread mayonnaise over pork and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes depending on thickness of pork chops.
