Method
Mix all dry seasonings together in a bowl. Season ribs, front and back, with dry rub then place them in pan. Let seasoning absorb about 15 minutes. While ribs are marinating, mix all liquids together well. Pour liquid over ribs and let marinade at least 45 minutes or overnight. When ready to cook, use a grill or oven. If cooked in an oven, use a foil pan or by placing on a cookie sheet. Cook at 275 degrees 2 hours then check for tenderness. When almost to desired tenderness, remove from marinade, place on cookie sheet and continue to cook until lighty browned in texture. If cooking on a grill make sure coals have turned white. If cooking properly, liquids will seem to be boiling out of ribs. Be careful not to over cook. Serve as is or with extra sauce.
