Brocade Pork Tenderloin

This recipe allows for a little creativity calling for white and black sesame seeds to decorate the pork as desired.
 

Ingredients

  • 4-6 lb pork tenderloin
  • Black sesame seed
  • White sesame seed
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

Wash tenderloin and season with salt and pepper. Let tenderloin marinade in honey and soy sauce for 30 minutes. Remove from marinade and immediately encrust the pork in any design you prefer with alternating or circular designs using black and white sesame seeds. Seer on all sides in frying pan so that sesame seeds adhere to the pork tenderloin. Place in 375 degree oven for 55-85 minutes, depending on oven. Let the pork reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees and it is done. Remove and let rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
