Bratwurst with Pepper Salsa Relish

Add some zing to grilled bratwursts with a spicy relish made of peppers and onion.

Ingredients:

• 5 Johnsonville Bratwurst, grilled  
• 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced  
• 1 red pepper, diced  
• 1 yellow pepper, diced  
• 1 green pepper, diced  
• 1 red onion, diced  
• 1 green onion, sliced  
• 2 Tablespoons chopped chives  
• 1 avocado, peeled and diced  
• Juice and pulp of 1 lime  
• 2 cloves garlic, minced  
• 1 8-oz. jar corn, black bean, roasted red pepper salsa  

Method

Combine above ingredients into a bowl and mix gently. Place on a hoagie roll and top with one grilled Johnsonville bratwurst, grilled as directed on package.

Notes: Serving suggestion Relish may be served in a tortilla with a brat or served as a dip with tortilla chips.
