Braised Baby Back Ribs


These ribs will be off-the-bone tender after they cook in the sauce for about an hour. What a treat this meal will be.



Ingredients:

  • One rack of baby back ribs
  • 2 medium size onions
  • 3/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup of cooking wine
  • 2 cups of water

Method

Cut baby back ribs into individual riblets and cut the onions into wedges. Add all ingredients into a large pot and cook with medium high heat until sauce starts to boil. Turn the heat down and continue to cook until baby back ribs are tender, about one hour. Add water during cooking if sauce is getting dry.
