Boneless Rib Paste

This heavily seasoned rub can be used to coat chicken, steak, shrimp, pork or any other type of meat you should choose.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 pounds fresh boneless country style pork ribs

Method

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add ribs and press paste firmly into every part of meat, coating completely. Let set in refrigerator, covered, for 24 hours. Grill on high heat 6-8 minutes, rotate rib and cook 6-8 minutes. Keep rotating until done.
