Barbequed pork or beef melts is tender and juicy after cooking all day in the crock pot.
Ingredients
- 1 beef or pork roast
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic powder
- 1 bottle barbeque sauce
- Sliced dill pickles

Method
Cook roast in crock pot until done (6-8 hours), then remove and cool. Dispose of juices or save for later use. Shred roast and return to empty crock pot. Poor sauce into pot with roast and mix well. Adjust sauce to taste. Reheat and serve on bun with a slice or two of dill pickle.
Notes: I put the roast on in the morning on about medium and it is done when I get home. Keep pot warm while cooling roast by not turning off and don't remove liquid until ready to return shredded meat to pot.
