Aunt BB's ribs are seasoned with a great greek seasoning and a can of beer.
 

Ingredients

  • Rack of ribs
  • Barbecue sauce
  • 1 can beer
  • Greek seasoning

Method

Place ribs in a pan with lid. Pour beer over ribs. Allow ribs to marinate at least 4 hours. Remove ribs and sprinkle generously with Greek seasoning on all sides. Place foil on grill rack and lightly spray with cooking spray or brush on olive oil. Cook ribs to desired doneness, turning ribs as needed. Using a basting brush, cover with barbecue sauce on all sides, and sprinkle with Greek seasoning. Use your discretion as to cooking time for ribs.
