Ingredients:
| One 3- To 5-lb Pork Roast | |
| Garlic Salt, to taste | |
| Salt & Pepper, to taste | |
| 1½ cups | Applesauce |
| 2 | Oranges |
| Red Potatoes | |
| 1 | Onion |
| 1 bag | Baby Carrots |
| 2 | Red Cooking Apples |
| Rosemary |
Directions:
Place pork roast in crock pot. Sprinkle with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Spoon applesauce over roast. Squeeze juice from one of the oranges over roast. Slice the 2nd orange and place some of the slices over roast. (Reserve some for garnish later.) Cut potatoes into large chunks and slice onion; place in crock pot. Add baby carrots. Core and slice apples; place throughout crock pot. Sprinkle again with garlic salt, salt, and pepper; add rosemary. Cook on high heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or until roast is falling apart and veggies are cooked through.
Helpful Tips:
For an added sweetness, you may also add pineapple chunks or pineapple juice.
